Is there a cost for an estimate?
Absolutely not! We are happy to come out and provide you with a free consultaion. We also provide multi page reports for insurance purposes or your looking to buy or sell a home. Cost may apply for this service. Best to ask up front how much information you want first.
How long does and average reroof take to complete?
Depending on the size of the house, usually only 2 to 3 days.
What if I only need a repair? Can you match the product?
There are times when we find a product has been discontinued but often we can match or at least close. Either way, We would ensure your home is water tight to avoid further damage until we find out.
What kind of warranties do you provide?
It depends on the kind of work is being performed on your home. If its a full replacement roof, then its a lifetime guarantee. Siding is usually 10 years, eavestroughs 5 years, and repairs most commonly is 1 to 2 years depending on the condition of the rest of the area.
